Description

The surgical instruments displayed on the Mayo Stand, represent the most common suturing needles, pickups, 4x4 gauze, needle holders, assorted hemostats, scissors and scalpel required for minor office surgery procedures. This was the preferred set-up for Dr. Roger D. Scott’s office when he was in private practice. Dr. Scott was the first curator of the Museum.
