Description
A number of traditional patient care and obstetrical tools are enclosed in a 1960s era Doctor's Office Cabinet. At the top of the cabinet are nursing textbooks, a white metal bedpan, glass urinal, and a maroon porcelain bedpan. The first internal shelf includes a waterproof obstetrical sheet, a caliper tool for measurement of an infant's head, as well as cervical dilators. The second internal shelf displays Uterine Sounds, an assortment of curettes, and a perinatal suture set (circa 1890s). Finally, the third internal shelf displays a collection of fetal obstetrical forceps from the early-mid 20th century.
