On the occasion of the presentation of the Outstanding Physician Award, by the Lee County Medical Society, at their Thirteenth Annual Medical Service Awards--September 25, 2025: Museum Historian Dr. Jeff Elsberry provides a brief memorial introduction for the late Roger D. Scott, MD, FACS. The video shares anecdotes of Dr. Scott's character, his patient care standards as well as medical practice anecdotes, during his long career as both a Fort Myers Surgeon and later Curator Emeritus of the Museum of Medical History.
