Description
The left side of the fourth shelf is a historical tribute to a pioneering Florida Pharmacist, James W. Penuel, R.Ph. To the left is a storyboard describing his Henry Troemner Apothecary Scale with the actual precision scale, he used in his practice, to the right. Just below is a cartoon (penned by fellow students) of James Penuel as a chemistry student at the University of Florida just after his service during WW II. A storyboard, with his mini biography includes his original Florida Board of Pharmacy License. It was donated as a tribute by his son, James W. Penuel, Jr., M.D.
